I went to donate blood for the second time yesterday, but alone this time without my mum, then i discovered i forget to bring my ic, i run from hospital to my home and then back to hospital again. I was sweating alot and when the nurse finally took my temperature and heart beat rate all those she say my temperature too high and my heart beat is ard 120 per min...too fast. So i had to rest outside for a while before going for the check up again. I think i went pass the information counter back and forth 3 times but the receptionist only spotted me after i donated my blood and she said to me :"Wah you really come back ah?"
After that i went to watch shaolin girl with ben and guan teck. That movie is not very nice, especially the ending i dun quite get it. I prefer chocolate more, i can't believe ben said the shaolin girl can fight better than jija yanin (shaolin girl is computer effects, jija uses real muay thai). I forever support Jija. Ben also say his dream is to tour ard the world when he have money, his 1st country would be taiwan becoz of the food and chio bu (Ben wan to go there to find weng zi man, but i wan to go there find li jia yu, but dun think she is in tw). If everything goes well to plan, we may be going to taiwan together after i ORD. That would be 2 years later...
The country i would really wan to go is bangkok, i went there at pri 6, quite nice la everything, but i wan to eat the food there, and of cuz to see if i can find tony jaa and jija yanin over there.
I have been chasing one piece lately, going over from anime to manga now coz manga is later, but after manga finish i really dunno chase wat liao...maybe have to go back to being a pokemon master. I beat elite four alot of times, but never once i had my dream team of 6 in the hall of fame.
Any shows or anime to introduce? After one piece i really dunno wat to chase anymore...

Soya Bean Milk:
- 4 liang of Huang Dou (Yellow Beans)
- 7 cups of water
- suitable amount of sugar
Then just cook together to make soya bean milk, it has a lot of benefits to the body. Too much to even mention all out but i will just say some important ones like cancer prevention, easy digestion, helps improve brain power muscles, good for diabetes patients and lots more. This drink is said to be 'Ci Xi Tai Hou's favourite drink in the olden days, so i just thought of sharing this with you guys.
However there are 4 DON'Ts to take note of:
- Don't add red sugar (i think the best is to just add normal white sugar)
- Don't drink before the bean is fully cooked (i don't really understand this actually)
- Don't drink on an empty stomach (means eat finish ur meal liao den drink)
- Don't drink together with medicine (this is for people with diabetes who are on medication)
